1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 small can of tomato paste
1 quart of ice water
2 cans of chili powder (3oz. total)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan
Cook (simmer) for 1 hour
Stir frequently
Do not add salt until you serve
