5 lbs. hamburger
4 jars of spaghetti sauce
Italian seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, oregano, parsley
5 eggs
1 cup grated imported Romano cheese
12-15 oz. Italian bread crumbs
1 large onion
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 jars of sauce with seasonings in pot. For every jar of sauce add ½ jar of water by rinsing out extra sauce in jar. Do exactly the same in another pot, put on stove & let simmer. Put hamburger in pot & add seasonings listed above.

Add eggs, 1 cup of Romano cheese, & breadcrumbs. Mix

Blend onion, garlic & ¼ cup of water until smooth. Add to hamburger mixture. Mix until you do not see the red of the hamburger

Form meatballs by taking a spoonful of mixture & mixing it together in your hand & rolling it into a ball, slap hand to hand to be sure that it is firm & packed together.

Place meatballs in fry pan. Brown about 2 minutes each on all 4 sides. Place in sauce and cook for 2 hours on medium heat
