Steak rolls
5 lbs. beef top round steak (have meat market tenderize)
String
Toothpicks
Heavy roaster
1 lb. of dry bread crumbs
1 onion
½ cup celery-chopped
Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper to taste
1 tsp. beef bouillon loose or 2 cubes
1 tbs. of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put a little bit of water in the bottom of a large pot to moisten bread crumbs

Fill pot about ½ full with bread crumbs

Add chopped onions, celery, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, Italian seasoning & parsley leaves

Dissolve bullion in 2 cups of water
Add 1 tablespoon margarine
Add to bread crumb mixture
Cut into portion size to roll
Wash meat & dry
Cut string about 14 inches long for each steak roll
Fill with stuffing
Put stuffing in middle, fold to end of steak, fold in sides, hold together with toothpicks and wrap with string
1 row on bottom, do not layer
Put extra stuffing in foil and place in roaster
Polk holes in foil to vent
Top of steak rolls with garlic salt, pepper, & garlic powder
Put water in bottom of roaster so that rolls do not burn

Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees
