1 clove fresh garlic
1 medium onion
1 package of celery
2 lbs. chicken breasts-cubed
6 Chicken legs
12 oz. dry chicken flavor soup base or loose bullion (not cubes)
5 lbs. carrots-cut coin like
Green onions to taste if desired
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. dry parsley
Italian seasoning to taste
Noodles for soup

Fill pot half way with water & boil, cut up ingredients & put in soup

Chop- Onions & garlic, garlic-chopped into small pieces
Celery-chop up leaves & then celery in ¼ inch pieces- rinse & drain
Add pepper, Italian seasoning, chicken soup base or bullion
Add chicken breast-cubed

Skin is off but put skin in for flavor while cooking (remove skin from soup when done cooking)

After boil, cook for 90 minutes; add chicken legs wait until it begins to boil again, add carrots, cook for 45 minutes. Make sure carrots are tender
Take skins & any bones out

Skin any grease off of soup (if desired, add green onion tops to soup). Leave set

Begin making noodles; add a little vegetable oil to water so noodles do not stick together
