1 lb. cranberries (4 cups)
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cumin
Kosher salt
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped pickled jalapenos, plus 2 T. brine from the jar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all but 1 cup cranberries in a saucepan. Add all ingredients except the zest. Bring to a simmer; cook; stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

Stir in the remaining cup of cranberries and cook 3-4 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in the lime zest. Let cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
