Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup butter-flavored Crisco
1 2/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

(to make icing for cookies, use the recipe on the back of the Domino powdered sugar recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients to make a dough.

Add 1 1/2 cups of flour on counter and scoop out 1/2 of the dough. Start to lift and fold flour into dough. Keep adding flour and mixing. When you think there may be about 1/3 cup of flour left on counter, start to roll out dough with rolling pin. Cut out shapes and then repeat with 2nd half of dough.

Bake at 357º for 8-10 minutes. You want the edges to turn a very VERY light beige. Typically I bake for 8 minutes to keep soft and cakey.
