4 c. water
1 stick butter
pinch salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. pepper
4 c. potato flakes
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Add cheese soup, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add last 4 ingredients. Blend well. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the top turns brown.
