2 pounds frozen has browns, thawed
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups Colby cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

Combine soup, margarine or butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese in a large bowl. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
