1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (more or less)
1 can Sliced Pineapple
1 can Crushed Pineapple
1 jar Maraschino Cherries
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Cake Mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Melt butter in heavy skillet (cast iron is preferred)
3. Sprinkle melted butter with enough brown sugar to absorb it all
4. Lay pineapple slices on top of sugar
5. Drain crushed pineapple and spread over slices to completely cover - reserve juice
6. Prepare cake mix according to box directions EXCEPT substitute pineapple juice for the liquid called for
7. Spread cake batter over pineapple and bake for approximately 45 minutes, until done in center.
8. Allow to cool, then place a serving plate upside down over the pan and flip
9. Garnish with cherries and enjoy!
