1 14-ounce can of Eagle-brand sweetened condensed milk
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8" x 8" pan with waxed paper.
Mix the can of Eagle-brand milk with the chocolate chips.
Cook until the chips are melted in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Stir in the dash of salt and the vanilla.
Spread the liquid chocolate mixture evenly into the square pan.
Chill at least 2 hours until firm.
Turn out the square of fudge onto a cutting board.
Remove the waxed paper indict into squares to serve.
Store fudge in the refrigerator.

Editor's Note: This is another recipe from our friend Bonnie Harland, especially for those chocolate lovers in the house! If you prefer milk chocolate, you might want to substitute a sweeter chocolate, but it won't be as good for you nutritionally as the darker chocolate.
