Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar

1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar

4 Eggs + 2 Egg Yolks

2 Cups/4 Sticks Unsalted Butter (room temp)

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Salt

4 Cups Bread Flour

3/4 Cup Cake Flour

1/2 Of a 14oz Can Sweet Condensed Milk

2 bags of Milk Chocolate Chips (Hershey’s of course, it’s a Smore!)

1 Brick (1/3 box) of Honey Graham Crackers

1 Bag Mini Marshmallows

***Special Tool Needed - Blow Torch!

Directions:
Directions:
This is a double batch. Use a big bowl. Preheat oven to 375. Cream together the sugars and butter. Add eggs, vanilla and condensed milk, mix well scraping sides of bowl. Sift together flours, baking soda, and salt. Carefully add sifted mixture to wet mixture in three parts to help keep flour from flying out of the bowl. Scrape sides to fully incorporate mixture. Mix in your chocolate chips. Break Graham crackers by hand (food processors make it too small) into small pieces, just smaller than a dime is best. Scoop out onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-14 minutes or until done. As soon as cookies are removed from oven and still hot on the tray, gently push marshmallows into the top of each one. CAREFULLY using your blowtorch, toast the tops of the marshmallow pieces, being ready to blow out any that may catch fire.
