1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt &1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup & water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut around core of cabbage to loosen leaves. Boil cabbage about
5 minute & drain. Saute meats til brown with onion & salt & pepper in
1 tbsp. hot oil . Add rice & mix well. Put 1 tbsp. meat & rice mixture in
center of cabbage leaf & roll. Place rolls side by side in pot or slow
cooker. Pour tomato soup & water to cover. Cook on slow heat 1 1/2
hrs. or slow cooker about 5 hours.
