8 med. potatoes
1 med. onion grated
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Peel & grate potatoes & onion. Work quickly as grated potatoes turn
brown rapidly. Mix ingredients. Drop int hot oil to cover. When light
brown, flip over. Serve with sour cream.

A Lithuanian favorite! It was a special treat. Be careful as the hot
