6 medium tart apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 t allspice orto taste
1/8 t cinnamon
dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples and water in a 2-quart microwave bowl. Cover and microwave on high 5-8 minutes, until fork tender, turning bowl once or twice during cooking.
Pace apples in blender. Add sugar, alspice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Process until smooth. Serve hot or cold.
