- 4 green peppers
- 1 can mild rotel
- 3/4 cups cooked rice
- 3/4 pound hamburger
- 1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
- 1/2 diced onion
- 4 cheese slices, mozzarella or cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion, add rotel with liquid, tomato soup and rice.

Cut tops off peppers and take out seeds. Put mixture in peppers. Place in baking dish with a little water in the bottom. Cover with tin foil, bake at 350º for 50 min. Take off cover, place cheese on top, bake another 15min.
