- 8 oz. Spaghetti (cooked and drained)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta
- Splash or two of milk
- Garlic salt and dried parsley to taste
- 1 lb. hamburger
- Diced onion
- Small can of mushrooms (optional)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce you want
- Enough shredded cheese to cover top, may use cheddar or mozzarella.

Directions:

Brown hamburger with onion and mushrooms, add spaghetti sauce.

Mix beaten eggs with cottage cheese, garlic, parsley, milk.

Put spaghetti noodles in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Spread egg mixture over the noodles. Then spread hamburger mixture over that. Top with cheese.

Bake covered for 30mins, then take off cover and bake additional 10mins or until bubbly.
