1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
5 1/2 ounces chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate syrup. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. To the rest of the batter add the chocolate syrup and mix well. Pour on top of first mixture. DO NOT SWIRL.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cool completely. Turn out onto a cake dish and dust with confectioners sugar,
