- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 28 oz. can Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Cans Delmonte Zucchini in Tomato Sauce
- 1-2 lbs. Round steak

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Salt and pepper steaks and brown in pan with olive oil. When done set aside.

Place chopped onion, pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, bay leaves, water, and Worcestershire in large pot. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then add meat with juice it was sitting in. Cook for another 1 1/2 hours. During the last 20 minutes of cooking at 2 cans of Zucchini.

Serve over cooked white rice.
