2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup softened margarine
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 small pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
2 eggs
1 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Combine margarine, sugars and vanilla pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and/or nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes.
