8 cups thinly sliced lettuce (prefer Romaine)
1-1/2 cups chopped, grilled chicken breast
1 cup chopped tomato (prefer cherry tomatoes)
1 cup chopped poblano pepper (green bell pepper may be used for milder salad)
1 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (reduced fat variety may be used)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups tortilla chips
Lime Vinaigrette Dressing (See recipe, also in this section.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients except for chips in a large bowl. Add the Lime Vinaigrette Dressing and toss well to coat the other ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
