-2 short or 1 long square of redstar flyshmans yeast
-1 package dry yeast
-1 stick olio
-1 cup water
-1 tablespoon salt
-4 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Take the redstar flyshmans yeast and melt in ½ cup luke warm water. Add dry yeast if making more bread. Melt olio, salt, 1 cup of water and dry yeast. After olio is melted add 8 cups of luke warm water. Add yeast to olio miture then add 4 cups of flour. Blend with hands very slowly to see how it feels. Grease tin with oil. Then split dough and put in loaf pans, push down only once. Cover with towels and let sit for 1-1 ½ hours till it doubles. Then bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes.
