8 oz finely shredded sharp cheese
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs green pepper, chopped fine
1 Tbs onion, chopped fine
1 Tbs chopped pimento
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Chopped pecans

Mix and mash all ingrediants. (Except nuts) together in a bowl.

After mixed well form into a ball and roll in ch nuts

Wrap in seran and chill in fridge.

Serve with crackers
