Ingredients:  
2 lbs. green beans
1 large fennel bulb
1 large sweet onion
salt & pepper
olive oil
roasted red pepper strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans til just tender; drain & plunge into ice water.
Slice fennel & onion; place on baking sheet; sprinkle with salt
and pepper & olive oil. Bake @ 450 degrees til dark brown &
carmelized. Combine with green beans; add roasted red pepper
strips if desired.

Good served at room temperature which makes it really nice
