1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. flaked sweetened coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. white, milk, or dark chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease large cookie sheet pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, coconut, and salt. Add condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Drop coconut mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet about an inch apart. They should be mounded. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until coconut is golden on the bottom. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. When cookies are cool, dip tops or use spoon put melted chocolate on the tops of the cookies. Let the cookies stand until the chocolate sets.
