1 1/2 cups rice (not Minute Rice)
4 cups chicken broth
3 cans chicken or use leftover chicken or turkey At least 3 cups
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (white)
If the chicken broth is unsalted use 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole
Bake covered for about 1 hour or until rice is cooked and most
of the liquid is absorbed.
