1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Optional: 1/2 cup fresh whole blueberries

TOPPING:
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Sift together dry ingredients; add to milk mixture; mix well. If using blueberries, stir them in whole without crushing. Pour into greased 9" x 9" x 2" pan.

Mix the topping by combining all the ingredients to make a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over the batter in the pan.

Bake in moderate oven (375º F) about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve warm.
