1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 to 2 cups blueberries

TOPPING:
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to batter until just moist. Gently stir in the blueberries.
If using frozen blueberries, rinse off ice crystals with cold water and dry on paper towels before adding to batter.
Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin pan. Sprinkle with the sugar. Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes or so until springy to the touch.

I have to add these since we made these quite a lot. It can also be put into bread pans so you can make Blueberry Bread. Two recipes in one. How about that for efficiency!
