2lbs Bag of frozen Hash brown Potatoes
1 Can of Cream of Celery or Chicken Soup
1lb Carton of Sour Cream
1\4 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 1\3 Sticks of Butter
3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Spread potatoes into a 9x12 pan
Saute onions in 2\3 stick of butter
Mix onions, sour cream, soup and 2 cups of cheese and spread over top of the potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of potatoes. Melt remaining butter and mix with bread crumbs and spread on top.
Bake for 1 hour or until bubbling around the edges and cheese is melted.

Grandma Nina must have made thousands of pans of this over the years for the Weddings she would cater for Kitchen Madonna. She ruled that kitchen with iron spoon!
