3/4 cup tart jelly (any kind)
1 egg white.

Directions:
Directions:
Put in double boiler in slow boiling water & beat until dissolved
Take off stove & finish beating til stiff enough to spread.

This was a recipe from WW 2 There was a ration on sugar so jelly
