2 packages ( 16 oz each ) Johnson smoked sausage
2 large onions,sliced into 1/2'' rings
6 garlic cloves,thinly sliced
1/4 c olive oil
2 c BBQ sauce
2 pd coleslaw
12 hoagie roles

Directions:
Directions:
cut sausage in to 1/2'' bias slices;set a side in a large skillet, saute onions & garlic in oil until tender & golden.transfer to a slow cooker.add sausage & BBQ sauce,cover & cook on high for 1 hr reduced heat to low until serving.place 1/2 c BBQ mix on a roll.top with 3 tbsp coleslaw.serve hot.try either oil & vinegar coleslaw & creamy coleslaw;each adds a unique flavor.
