4 C vegetable Broth
2 T olive oil
12 oz Fettuccine Noodles
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
1 med onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 T dried basil
1/2 T dried oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
black pepper to taste
1 lb Italian pepper sauted
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil with lid on. Remove lid and continue to boil turning heat to medium for 10 to 15 minutes stirring gently every few minutes. Do not over stir as noodles may come apart.
Note pot must continue to boil entire time.
