Tribe - 1 big package (like 5 lbs.)
Pig's feet - 3-4
chili powder
ground comino
ground garlic
huge can of homony
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the tribe like for almost 3 hours. Take out the fat. Boil the feet separately. Add chili powder, ground comino, and garlic. Grind the comino and garlic in the molcajete. Add the homony and pig's feet. Boil. Boil until the corn is heated up in the menudo and the spices get into the mixture about 20 minutes. Add oregano to add taste.
