Personal Notes:
Glen and I took the kids to Tybee Island one summer to vacation with his Georgia friends. On the way home, we stopped at Uncle Bubba's restaurant that is owned by Paula Deen's brother. We had the best grilled oysters and knew we had to do our best to recreate them. Fresh oysters in Memphis are hard to find plus shucking is a job for a professional. These oysters are not an exact match but close enough for me.
