3 T butter
2 T minced garlic
3 T flour
4 C half and half
3 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 C salsa
2 tsp. cumin
1 pack Fajita seasoning
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
4-5 boiled chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat and incorporate garlic. Mix in flour to make a roux. Once nice and thick, mix in half and half, chicken broth and cream of chicken.

Allow liquids blend together. Once mixed in all other ingredients: fajita seasoning, cumin, salsa, corn, black beans, kidney beans and shredded chicken.

Let simmer on low for about 20-30 minutes and serve with some sprinkling of shredded cheese.

I like to boil and shred the chicken the night before, mix everything together and dump it into the crock pot, put it on low and it is perfect for dinner! Enjoy!
