5 cups cooked rice
1 medium onion (diced)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1/4 tablespoon turmeric
soy sauce (to serve)
2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add beaten eggs to a heated frying pan with oil until fully cooke. Remove from heat and set aside

2. Heat wok and add oil. Add garlic, onion, peas, and carrots. Stir until vegetables have reached desired tenderness/ Add rice and stir for 2 minutes. Add turmeric and mix in eggs.

3. Serve with soy sauce
