4 lbs. Pork Hamburg
1 Large Onion
3-4 Stalks of Celery
1-2 tsp Sage
1 package Stuffing Mix
Potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburg with chopped onion.

Add celery to medium sized pan of potatoes, mashed with seasoning, butter, salt, pepper and milk.

Mix stuffing with 2 cups of water and stick of butter.


Mix all ingredients.

Stuff Turkey and put remaining in 2 casserole pans
