2 c cold milk
1 pkg ( 4 serving size ) jell-o chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg ( 10.5 oz ) prepared pound cake,cut in to 1/2'' cubes
1/2 c chocolate syrup
1 tub (8 oz) cool whipped topping thawed divided

pour milk in to a bowl.add dry pudding mix beat with wire whisk for 2 min or until well blended
arrange half of the cubes in 3 qt serving bowl drizzle with 1/4 c of the chocolate syrup layer with 1 c of pudding & 1-1/2 c of the whipped topping.repeat layers ending with whipped topping until ready to serve.store left over dessert in refrigerate
