16 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 ounces Ortega mild taco sauce
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced

Toppings:
Shredded cheese (I like the Mexican or taco blend), enough to sprinkle over dish
Diced tomatoes (remove the seeds)
Shredded lettuce

Mix the dip ingredients together until it's a pale pink and layer into a dish. Sprinkle the toppings of your choice on top.

Dip in! Simple and very addicting!
