1 ¼ Cup Sugar
2 sticks Butter
2 Tbs. Water
1 ½ Cups Pecans brown (about the color of Kraft caramels).
1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13“ glass Pyrex dish w/ Pam.
Spread pecans on bottom of dish.
Cook first three ingredients on high heat, stirring constantly until light
Be careful not to burn. Pour mixture over pecans. Pour chocolate chips over mixture.
Put cookie sheet on top to hold in heat for 3 minutes and then spread with wooden
spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Break into pieces.
