Rub
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp each of salt, pepper, chilli powder and ground cumin

Full racks of ribs of your choice

Sauce
1 small minced onion fried in 2 Tbsp butter
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp of ground mustard
1 tsp celergy seed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in pieces and sprinkle with garlic. Place in 9x13 pan with some water. Cover at bake at 325 depress for 2 hours.

Rub each piece with rib rub and place in plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

The following day cover each rib in sauce and refrigerate overnight.

B B Cue till warm adding extra rib sauce or bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes then raise temp to 425 degrees for 8 minutes.
