3/4 box Zwieback, ground (about 18)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Filling:
2 lbs. cream cheese ,softened
5 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1/ 4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Crust:
Melt butter, add Zwieback crumbs, sugar & cinnamon.
Grease sides and bottom of 10" spring mold pan & line with
crumb mixture (if desired save 1/4 cup for top).

Filling:
Beat eggs & sugar til lemon colored; add lemon juice & cream
cheese.
Beat until free from lumps.
Pour into crumb lined pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 min. til center is firm.
Remove from oven and add topping. (sour cream, sugar, lemon juice &
vanilla) If desired sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake @ 350 for 10 - 15 minutes
Cool & refrigerate. Best made day before use
