2 C bisquick
1 C. milk
2 eggs
3-4 over-ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Coarsely smash bananas in bottom of large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir til blended. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn, and cook til golden.
