12 oatmeal-raisin cookies
1 pint ice cream
mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter over bottom of cookies. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Top with another cookie; press down gently. roll sides of ice cream in chocolate chips. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve.
