3 Eggs
1 3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Crisco oil
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Nuts, chopped
1 cup Raisins
2 cups Zucchini squash, grated. Squeeze out as much juice as possible.
2 cups Plain flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
3/4 tsp Baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Grate squash, squeeze out juice, let drain. Beat eggs until frosty, beat in sugar, oil, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir in squash. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Fold in nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in 2 greased meatloaf pans - or 12 cup Bundt pan greased and floured. It's good!
