8 cups fresh corn off the cob
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 stick butter

Bring to a boil for 3 minutes on burner or at 350 degrees using an electric fry pan. Cool in ice in freezer bags or containers. We add ice blocks to water in a cooler and add corn in freezer bags or containers.
