¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup Crisco
1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 ¾ cups flour
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ cup peanut butter chips
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°. Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing to cool.
