4 large chicken breast halves cut in 1" pieces
6 green onions, chopped
3 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine or wine vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or salt or minced garlic)
2 Tbs Hoisin sauce
1 Tbs water

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in bowl and add green onions, sesame oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce and mix well.

Heat 4 Tbs vegetable oil on medium high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir for 10 seconds. Add Hoisin sauce and stir for 10 seconds.

Add 1 Tbs water to chicken mix and add to hot skillet, stir fry until chicken is white and cooked thoroughly (about 10 min).

Serve over rice.
