Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen broccoli Spears
1 pkg smoked sandwich ham or 1 pkg smoked sandwich turkey
1 pkg sliced Swiss cheese - I use Sargento because it's a long slice
1 small container fresh mushrooms, sliced and washed
1 small package of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 can full of whipping cream
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
3 green onions, chopped
8 ounces sour cream
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley, fresh

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix mushrooms, Cream of mushroom soup, Cream of celery soup, green onions, mustard, sour cream, 1/2 can full of cream, celery seed and parsley together and set aside.
Thaw broccoli spears. Drain, then pat dry. Using one slice of ham or turkey at a time, lay the ham on a place. Place 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese on ham/turkey, then beginning at end of ham/turkey, roll up one spear of broccoli. Spear through the middle with toothpick. Place seem side down in baking pan. Once pan is full of the rollups, pour the soup mixture over the rollups. Top with the shredded Monterrey jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-45 minutes until bubbly.

Personal Notes:
You can use whichever meat you prefer or can use a little of both if you like. Delightful either way. Also, you may substitute Colby or Sharp Cheddar for the Monterey Jack cheese. This recipe was given to me by friend Vera Bunten. She prepares it every year on Christmas Eve or during Passover. This recipe is one of my son Deke Barron's favorite main courses.
