1 can regular corn, drained
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c milk
1 Tbs shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls into oil heated to medium high. Fry until golden. Watch for splatters!!
