Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is very good served with whipped cream or ice cream.

It took me a while to develop this recipe. I thought it might be good with rum or brandy. Since I don't drink at all, I looked for the cheapest rum I could find. That was a mistake, It tasted like chocolate cake made with rubbing alcohol. And, boy, was it strong!

Then I consulted with my sister-in-law, who uses brandy for her fruitcake. She suggested Christian Brothers Brandy with Honey.

Of course, that sounded easy, but locating that particular brandy proved to be challenging. I finally found it at Safeway.

The moral of the story is, don't buy the cheapest you can find. Buy something that will taste good. And if you abstain from alcohol like me, ask someone for suggestions!

Also, you can use Super Glaze instead of the melted chocolate if you prefer.
